CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours’ notice

prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please notify us by email if your cancellation is outside normal business hours or you are unable to reach us by phone.

 

When you miss an appointment, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other patients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.  Missed appointments fees ($25) will be applied to your next visit when you have failed to inform us in time.

 

It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. While we have implemented an email notification system for those clients who booked online, not receiving a (phone or electronic) reminder is not a reason for missing an appointment.

 

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outage, accidents, illness or adverse weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
